The Promenade at Town Center in Palm Coast, FL
New “Live-Work-Play” development to have space ready for occupancy in Q1 2026
Palm Coast, FL – Cornelia Downing Manfre CCIM, commercial real estate advisor with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, has been named the exclusive leasing agent for The Promenade at Town Center, a 57,000-square-foot mixed-use center featuring retail, restaurant, and office space in the heart of Palm Coast.
Persimmon Capital Partners, LLC are the owners and developers of The Promenade. The project broke ground this past July and is scheduled to deliver in early 2026.
